Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your new swimwear and it makes you feel sexy and supported but if it’s not for you, and you need to return or exchange, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt should your item meet the below requirements.

  • Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
  • Tags attached are attached to all items
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed, hygiene stickers still in place . (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.)
  • Begin your refund process here, and enclose and print out of the completed form in your returns package.

Hippie Dip reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Hippie Dip Pop up or a Hippie Dip Stockist. Items purchased from a Hippie Dip Stockist are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. Hippie Dip cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of a Hippie Dip pop up or at

  • A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days you returning and us processing it, with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system depending on what country you live in.
  • We recommend you use a postage service with tracking for the return. Hippie Dip cannot be held accountable for items which are not returned.
  • We will send you an email once the package has been returned, and let you know an approx time when you should receive your return.

The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order, once we’ve done our bit you’ll get an email confirming it’s on its way.

Don’t be shy if you’ve waited more than 14 days from the day you returned your item and have received no email from us then please get in touch!
